Castle Peak is powered by purpose
Our Founder, James experienced a lack of inclusion in the UK education system and again, in various corporate workplaces around the world. As part of a mixed race family raising up 3 bi-racial children in the North of England he is both passionate and determined in his mission.
His purpose, to challenge how people think and to ultimately change their perspective, is born out of this need to help enable a fairer society.
Along with this we recognise that Diversity in both Executive teams and Boards are higher performing, more creative and more representative of either their customers or communities they serve when they built around diversity and inclusion. The benefits to organisations and businesses are immense to doing this. It will absolutely drive value in a not-for-profit organisation and likewise drive profit in a commercial.
When we build an executive team or board with complimentary individuals, we have the power to create a group that will bring a disproportionate amount of value well above each person’s role.
