In today’s world, we know that diversity – through the lens of ability, race, neurodiversity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and beyond – helps strengthen organisations.
But there is still much work to be done, and that’s something we’re actively working to change.














Our focus on diversity and inclusion is born out of a return to the UK, after working in Asia for over a decade, and recognising the need to address the glaring issue of inequality in the workplace.




Our Founder, James experienced a lack of inclusion in the UK education system and again, in various corporate workplaces around the world and is both passionate and determined in his mission.
