Our latest research finds that 90% of housing sector leaders say they always or often consider diversity in their organisation when hiring, and all of them collect data on ethnicity, gender and disability.

But just a quarter collect information on the socio-economic background of their board members, and this area gives us an opportunity for improvement – especially given the sector’s customers often include some of the most vulnerable people in society.
