Reporting to and working directly with the CEO, the role will suit an excellent, motivated and experienced individual, keen to progress in an evolving and growing business, accepting responsibility for the overall performance of the business. The candidate must have a proven track record of strategic delivery and leadership, you will work closely with and influence the senior management and operational teams. This role is key to ensuring that the vision, strategy and goals of the business are delivered in the day-to-day business operations, driving success, and challenging the business.
